I had expected, based on the description on their site, that they had a cold pool. Instead, this turned out to be an ice fountain which is just a fancy looking shredded ice machine. I would have appreciated clarification on this on their site, because this is what I had come for. For the owners: If you turn your hot tub into a cold tub for 1-2 days after the London Marathon, I guarantee you will completely sell out spa spots. There doesnt seem to be many/any cold tubs available in the city. The spa water was just tap water in a plastic bin with a very bad after taste. Recommend adding some fruit at least! It may also have been nice to have some music in the spa area. Despite these things, the space was clean, and pretty empty.

Beautiful Spa with real thai technique. Its a bit complicated to book so skip the wait and book online (you will save time and money). Allow extra time for check in as well; its very slow. They will not wait for you and they do take a lot of time filling up your info and getting you accommodated. The Traditional Thai massage will leave you all beaten up next day (like a vigorous workout or muscle training). Its the real thing, though. A very good twist to your whole body by expert hands! They do charge 50 extra if you want a couples massage (in the same room). Lockers and showers available. Very clean.

WOW. I dont say this lightly I just had the best massage of my life at this place! Ive had many massages and I can confidently say that the service I was given here was next level. The spa itself is well kept and clean, the ambiance is amazing (aromas and lighting). My masseuse was Kate and she discovered some very old knots in my upper back that other masseuses seemed to have missed. She went DEEP which wasnt always comfortable but I had some amazing releases, and I learned through her service the style of massage that works best for me. I got the Ultimate Retreat which had the foot massage added at the end, definitely recommend that too. She was slow and methodical and did not miss one inch of my body, I left feeling taken care of and completely zend out. Definitely worth the price.

Had a couple's massage with a best friend and had an amazing time. The changing rooms are small, but that does not detract from the experience, and the experience is a wonderful one.
