I decided not to pursue via court claims and just dropped it as it was not worth the money. I contacted multiple managers at AND and I was simply ignored. They ignored everything my recruiter told them as well as the evidence I sent. They ignored communication from my own team lead who also worked at AND saying that I had done the work. They even ignored input from the actual end client.
Other notes: Crucial developers on the project I was working on were replaced with junior graduates to save money (I guess it's not surprising for an agency)
