    Worst training provider, please dont waste your time with these people. It took me over 2 years to complete a level 2 apprenticeship, assessors were useless! Another 18months to send over my certificate. They sell the dream and leave you in the dark. Luckily I finished my level 2 in time, my colleague was half way through her level 3 and then apparently they went bust and closed down. They had nothing to say for themselves and didnt help transfer her at all. Heard negative things about this place before hand, I should have took their word.

    Disgusting. Closed from out of nowhere just as I was almost finished with my apprenticeship. 6 months later and I still don't have my end point assessment date, just kept transferring me without any progress, eventually came under investigation for how they handled the funding. Spent a year and a half on an apprenticeship with abysmal pay and now I'll be leaving without a qualification. I wish nothing but the worst for these people who take advantage of the younger generation without a care for our future

    Apparently the owner of the company has won awards for training? Well I have no idea how"! A quarter of the way through the course I was doing they dropped the course (rather than not take on more and honour the commitment to the current students). A promise was made to find another collage by the end of 2020. NOTHING! I have lost months worth of learning, my company has lost their money and I should now be competent in the skill I was trying to ascertain earning my company more money. This company has lost us money and has lost the company I work for the benefits of the skill I was trying to achieve, so lost them money too. I have tried to email and call... NOTHING!!! I would never recommend using a company like this who has such low customer care, no ethics and dump students out of hand. The owner of the company needs to give back her awards if this is how her company behaves.

    Middleton Murray took over my nvq 3 and I managed to finish it and get my functional skills passed. Then COVID hit and now I cant get hold of anyone, I have no idea where my portfolio is and have received no proof of my qualifications. I am beyond devastated after all the hard work I put into it was for nothing! My assessor Sian Morris, who took over should be ashamed of herself for just ignoring me.
