I was advised to contact AEG by Ticketmaster who had been extremely poor handling my complaint regarding a concert I had attended for an obstructed view. After a few emails I have them a call to see if they were any closer to resolving my complaint. I spoke to a very helpful lady called Rachel who advised that she would look into my request and get back to me. Later that day I received an email apologising once again about my experience from the previous concert and they were offering me 2 tickets to go and see the band again next year (who just so happened to be touring). I cannot praise them enough and would like to thank Rachel and the Ticketing manager in resolving my complaint the best way possible. Thank you
