The previous review almost exactly describes our experience also. Only wish i had seen this review before paying anything to this company. I too paid upfront and have nothing to show for it other than months of unanswered emails requesting a refund. I finally got through to who i believe to be head of the company today (after 6 months of trying) who said he was not willing to even discuss our situation and hung up on me. I am now determined to pursue via small claims, previous poster if you have had any luck in getting your money back i would be interested to hear?!

This company has been genuinely awful to deal with. Before I go ahead, just be aware that the address they give on their website is not an office address, we went there, it is just a post collection depot shop where they have rented a box. They made promises to us in terms of providing us with loft drawings that would include things like structural evaluations (whether our dormer would need steel supports etc.) and full architectural drawings suitable for final tender, but have not provided any proper structural evaluations and have refused to do so despite numerous requests. I doubt very much that an architect has ever looked at our plans, as all they provided was the most basic of building drawings that only laid out what materials to use, but this is completely inadequate for tender. Despite us having clear email evidence that they said they would provide full drawings and structural evaluations suitable for a final tender, they only sent a surveyor round who spent about 5 minutes at our house (who was also very curt/rushed) which was completely inadequate to provide the level of drawings they promised. We have tried to take these drawings to builders and they have said they cant tender on them as they dont understand how it would be built or where the supports should go. It also took 6 months to get to this point as they messed up the planning application, and we are still only here today with drawings that we cannot currently use, and they are not replying now to any of our correspondence. We will effectively have to write off the money we paid them and pay a proper architect who will do it properly, as we have now wasted 6 months on this and were getting no-where with them, and I would never trust them to build it themselves.

Do not make the same mistake we did and give this company your money. They have been awful from start to finish, and genuinely unpleasant people to deal with. From not listening to any of our plans, blaming us when they provided solutions that were nothing like what we asked for, saying they would handle the planning application and then submitting an invalid application and never following up which cost us 3 months (we were completely un-aware as all correspondence went to them, which they ignored). They have tried to blame us for all of their shortcomings and have even fabricated conversations we never had. They have blocked our email accounts so we cant contact them, and are now refusing to respond any of our emails/calls. I asked for a refund at several stages of the process and they refused even though they had not provided the service I paid for (I was stupid enough to pre-pay). The final building drawings we received are inadequate for tender and builders weve spoken to have no idea how bits of it would be built (and to be honest I wouldnt even trust that they were safe to use.. as they only spent 30 seconds in our loft before they drew up their building plans) and they are not replying to our queries on this. Avoid at all costs.
