Employees interfere the payment process by asking whether you have the Tesco loyalty card. The moment you say no, they scan their cards to gain points.

If, after my shopping*, at the self service checkout I'm being given a choice to print (or not) the receipt & I decline, then I should not be treated like a thief at the door on my way out, for not being able to produce it, when the gate starts beeping because the wine I've got inside my bag has got security tags (and needed authorising at the time of buying, which has been done from the distance & without me knowing, by one of the serving cashiers, as they were too busy to assist me personally at the time but can still do it through their own tills). The copy of the receipt from the self service till had to be printed by the manager, which took good 20mins & everyone leaving the shop in that time (unbelievably busy - Xmas period!) could & did take a good look at myself who was made to look like an Xmas Eve thief.
