Marks and Spencer

Very surprised and disappointed to find mixed fitting room at M&S Cardinal Place. This is bad for both female and male customers. Even worse for the many shoppers from different cultures. M&S will only understand this when sales drop. To add to this bad experience, I then found that payment points are now self-scan. Large items of clothing to be folded and bagged by customers themselves. What kind of a retail experience is this? I can tell you. An experience that will make us stay away. Please re-think. Do either of the above changes 'feel' right?

Fantastic refit of the Food Section, transforming a rather cramped, poorly lit area into an open, well designed space. Pleasure to shop there now.
