Dramatic staff at 10pm on a saturday, placed beers on the counter for him to scan and he was going on about how the liquid got onto his sheet of paper when he clearly chose to put his paper on the checkout counter, absurd.

I've selected this UPS point to receive my parcel as I wasn't at home for the 28th/11. To my surprise, the staff working that time refused to receive because " they don't have enough space". More than that, instead of contacting me, UPS decided to send my parcel back to Holland right away. The staff was very rude and ignored me. I've contacted the manager but I doubt any actions will be taken. Long story short, I now have a week delay and need to reorder the product and lost over an hour on the phone with UPS. This point should have the licence suspended.
