Caff Nero has the best coffee Better in my opinion than all the others. The cakes are not great , but better than Star B or costa which are really bad. But come on Caff Nero !!! I have no idea what your company is doing , but when it comes to cleaning the shops , the floors , the seats !! the toilet !! its so dirty its got to be a health hazard! Had to ask to get the table cleared and cleaned even then I was considering just standing. And for that reason alone its a one star made drinking my drink quite horrible, should have got it to go.

Im a big fan of Caff Nero and a strong advocate of their great tasting coffee. However, my experience was rather distasteful this afternoon after waiting for what seemed like forever for service and that was due to the insubordination of one of the three employees. The manager/supervisor was left on their own to service a queue of roughly a dozen people and when she had to recall staff members from the back of the shop help speed service she was met with a mixed reaction by her subordinates. One of the team members was quick to jump back on service to take orders and speed things along whilst having a smile on her face and ready to help. Her colleague, on the other hand, was clearly uninterested in returning to the floor arguing over them wanting to take his break and clearly winding her manager up and arguing within the team. This was rather disappointing for customers as they had to endure this rather insolent and disrespectful young man show no respect for his team and to top things off he decided to take the last sausage roll on display for himself to eat over the heavily argued break. What a way to top things off specially given I was trying to buy that! Myself and other customers exchanged looks as the manager was clearly and expertly trying to appease the situation and continue to serve customers in an amiable manner however this staff member let his manager and team down. Rather disappointing.

The cashiers at the time were deliberately cleaning up rather than serving customers near to closing time - leaving a long line of frustrated people. It took fifteen minutes plus to get out which is far too long.
