Sen Luasa
The sweet and sour soup tasted like something had gone off in it. My soft drink was served with a straw in it and spilled everywhere after 1 sip. The staff never bothered to remove the soaked napkin for the whole meal. The waitress was sullen. The food didn't taste great. A 12.5% service charge was added to the bill, which we didn't pay.
