My friend and I visited Baozi in London for a snack. Firstly they gave us a paper to write our own order and we decided not to eat much. The waitress is very very grumpy and doesnt have basic ethics to greet their customers. We only ordered a plate of dumplings and the moment she came to collect the paper, she judged us for ordering just one dish and we even told her that well order later but she forced us to order an another one. We did and later she insulted by showing the menu card and asking us to order upto 15. Ordering upto 15 was not the issue but the reaction was not okay at all. We immediately left the restaurant because this is not the way to treat your customers. I hope in future you can hire people with good manners. Also the food is overpriced and I am glad I didnt taste it.
