We went to eat and as soon as we arrived we were asked to order immediately, before even sitting on our table. In the middle of our dinner (took us a total of 20 minutes to dine), they asked us to pay. As soon as our plates were empty we were asked to leave. Despite being closer to the closing time, we were let in and offered a service, if you cant serve ppl after a certain time, you should have said it from the beginning, Food was 4/10. Location 2/10. Service 0/10.

The food is alright but the waitress is rude. I ordered a table full of Dim sum and they taste pretty good however, the waitress misheard me ordered a turnip cake with XO source with the original turnip cakeD she then gave me the face and attitude, seriously.

Cheeky service charge is already included! Got given the amount of my bill but not shown the bill before being presented with the card machine( with final amount keyed in) the machine then asks you if you want to tip.... So i did.. Only to find out that a "surcharge" of circa 10% on my 56 bill was already included. When i queried this, I'm advised that's the service charge but tip is up to me! Erm, isn't this the same?? I didn't find this approach transparent at all. No disclaimer printed on the bill to confirm there was a service charge in small print like 99% of places nowadays. So i ended up paying over 10 tip on my bill and I can definitely tell you service was NOT exceptional enough for that... Nowhere near. Overall dim sum was very average and i personally wouldn't return. 7/dish for dim sum, 2 for tea.

The place looks like a more typical place in the area, you can't tell it's bad when you walk in, although the first floor place is somewhat hidden although it can be used if you want something quite private from the noise outside. The attention from the waitress was very bad: while I was reading the wine list, I just took it from my hands, then I asked for it again and when I returned it, she did not want to receive it, she just said: leave it there at the other table. And well, the wine I ordered was never served. Very bad attitude even with another group of diners. The food on the other hand was good a 4 out of 5 to be honest and it was enough. The only thing is that I thought a glass of Coke for 7 was extremely expensive. The general condition of the place in terms of appearance is what you will find in an average Chinese restaurant in the same area.
