        Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. If you love your business - do yourself a favour and take it elsewhere. If they appoint Beatrice to you - RUN!! RUN!! RUN!! I have wasted thousands on these accountants. I was not even offered so much as an apology. Just more frivolous excuses on why things were delayed. Shafi, however is good!

He has been very responsive and prompt and was very knowledgeable when it came to challenging questions regarding trade.
