I Was with them for years and it was a bumpy road to say the least. Impossible to speak to on the phone, rushed responses on email, mistakes that even I could spot. (although, they did compensate when things went wrong, so there is that) Overall, a stressful company to work with. After six or so years of giving them the benefit of the doubt, I am off to find an accountant with a working phone.

Always found Will and his staff efficient, helpful, responsive, reliable and ethical. I've been with them since startup. A few bad reviews prove that nobody's perfect and the good reviews are genuine!

These accountants have saved a document of ours in draft form which has given us serious problems when trying to get a mortgage. We will never use them again
