My experience with Dolphin Living has been great from viewing to approval to actually moving in. There had been a few hiccups in terms of shifting dates and things of that nature leading to us moving in but Raakhee and the team have always made sure we have been kept informed every step of the way.
The properties available are incredible and the service is second to none. Definitely recommend.

Raakhee Lohur was most professional. She assisted us on every step of the application, regularly updated on the prices of construction and document checks. Was wonderful to meet her in person on our viewing day.
Would fully recommend their service!
Had a very pleasant experience.

At the end, the tenant gets squeezed by the rent increase and by not being able to have a pay rise.
