Great service with great rental opportunities My experience with Dolphin Living has been great from viewing to approval to actually moving in. There had been a few hiccups in terms of shifting dates and things of that nature leading to us moving in but Raakhee and the team have always made sure we have been kept informed every step of the way. The properties available are incredible and the service is second to none. Definitely recommend.

Applied for a flat fee months ago and now me and my family live there. Raakhee Lohur was most professional. She assisted us on every step of the application, regularly updated on the prices of construction and document checks. Was wonderful to meet her in person on our viewing day. Would fully recommend their service! Had a very pleasant experience.

SLUMLORD!! Olivia Harris running affordable housing SCAMM . Dont get fooled by beautiful shiny houses from the outside. Living inside is not so shiny and glamorous. Dirty DISGUSTING communal hallways, noisy neighbours and antisocial behaviour is quite common in these buildings and Dolphin Living directors seems to care less. They took bigger bonuses home by saving on soundproofing. Dolphin Living created beautiful Political stunt by Boris opening their building.

They keep increasing the rent above the RPI without any shame, but they never increase the eligibility household income. When you apply the inflation to your calculation, it has to be both ways, otherwise there's no logic. How can you explain freezing the max household income for 5 years! At the end, the tenant gets squeezed by the rent increase and by not being able to have a pay rise.
