Extremely bad service and extremely racist attitude from the Manager . We left after the Manager called us rude and didnt offer us a table after a 15 minute wait. Dont recommend this place to anyone

Visited 4th May 1pm for lunch. Very disappointing as food was lovely but service wait time was terrible. Restaurant was not overly busy at time of visit, still plenty of empty tables. Was shown to a table then waitress disappeared without asking us anything. Did not even bring water to table. Lots of staff standing about, close to where we were sitting but not at all attentive. After about a 20 minute wait I had to call a staff member over to order a glass of wine. At the same time I asked him to take our food order as we had already decided given the wait. Food took about 15 minutes to arrive which was fine and tasted really good. No issues with the food at all. However, no member of staff came over to check if everything was okay with our food and if we needed anything else. After finishing our meal We sat there for about another 20 minutes with empty plates still in front of us. I had to attract the attention of a staff member again to order a tea and a coffee. Still plates were left in front of us. About another 10 passed and still no sign of the tea and coffee. A member of staff then came to our table and finally cleared our plates. I told him that we were still waiting on hot drinks and he said that he would chase up. Another 10 minute wait and still no sign of drinks! By now it was getting to late for us to wait any longer as we were going to see a show. Again I had to grab the attention of a staff member and inform him that we could not wait any longer for the hot drinks and needed to settle the bill. No apology given by staff member for long wait or any engagement if we had enjoyed the food there. Very disappointing customer service and wait times for such a nice restaurant in Convent garden. Such a shame, as food was so nice but would not visit again.

Visited several spots in the area and was my least favorite. Quality espresso martini BUT the staff was confusing about seating and food area. Additionally, by far the worst bread sticks I have ever had.
