Excellent store with fantastic customer service. The guy who assisted me was very competent and they even provided me with a steady bike to properly try a jersey on. I ended up not buying anything because I wasn't sure what garment would have suited my riding needs,but I should be in London again by mid april and this time I'm made up.

Great Products - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever experienced. I purchased EQIP RSR bib shorts Super Leger S9 in June 2022, which were/are fantastic, but after 6 weeks the material on one leg simply split (no unusual stress, always washed per instructions). Between August and end November I had to continuously push them to give a semblance of Customer Services for warranty/resolution; during which I experienced continuous misinformation "its been sent" - very frustrating. Ultimately I was reduced to pleading for the return - noting to them that they had both payment and now had retained my garment for far longer than I had. In November after me leading ALL correspondence on this case, I received the returned bib shorts: my original ones - just patched up. I was not shocked, by this stage my expectations of Assos was pretty low - and they just about met my expectations. Its a shame, as these bib shorts are great, but the customer care is rotten and frustrating. Would I buy from them again - unlikely, Rapha provide the most exceptional customer services and so I can buy from there with complete confidence.
