Incomplete service - avoid. After taking my bike for a puncture repair, my tyre went flat again less than a mile into my journey. After inspecting the tyre it became clear that the same glass shards that caused the initial puncture were still there. I contacted the shop who put this down to 'circumstantial evidence' so couldn't help resolve the issue. Paid 18 to be back where i started. I'll be looking for another shop in future when caught out with a puncture.

Have been to this store many times since they've opened and the staff are always so helpful, so knowledgeable, and so much fun to talk to. I stopped in Saturday as I was looking for a small hard-to-find part for my Pinarello and they found one for me and comped it. Awesome!

Like many of the reviewers, I too had to wait an extremely long time for my bike (Pinarello F) - due to global shortages, supply chain problems etc. This was beyond Pinarello's control. However, throughout the waiting process, Andy Dodds kept me informed, responded to my questions and showed great patience and empathy. When I finally collected my bike, the handover process was extremely thorough and attentive. It was, by far, the best new bike handover we have ever experienced. Not once in the store did we have the impression that we were in the way or asking silly questions; it was a very professional, friendly and caring procedure. Declan too, was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Pinarello London Store to any cyclist.
