Dragged my Brompton with busted tyre there today and... they just close the workshop. There are people working there, but there is a sign saying nope and they wont even check in a bike for service when it opens again! The staff say that you cant guarantee a service here, and you just need to drag your bike to a Condor Bike store a 20 minute walk away. Extraordinarily un-customer serviced attitude and very disappointing.

Fantastic service. All the staff are very helpful and polite and know everything there is to know about the bikes. Also popped in after purchasing and the workshop took a look at my bike there and then. The bikes themselves are fantastic - taking a lot of trains between cities, they fit in the luggage compartments and make travelling so much better.

I talked to the workshop about rear wheel rebuild. And they told me that the don't do this service. That is the level of support you can expect from top-tire Brompton workshop.
