Matt was brilliant for speed shopping with children in tow. Perfect recommendations for concealer and foundation; helped find a wonderful lippy too! Highly recommend as staff lovely and quality make up products.

I was in the shop today around 14:20 and I had the most unpleasant 5 mns of my day with a brunette, long hair, biggest lips I have ever seen and worst make up ever sales person from Channel. She was rude, unpleasant, unprofessional, unhelpful and gossiping with another member after Ive told her I found the product I was searching for online. Even my 10 year old daughter noticed this lady behaviour and mentioned to out friends at lunch. Dont go to that shop the customer service is the worst.

Very disappointed by the advice i got, clearly they did not know what they were selling and i ended up with the wrong product Make sure you push them to make you try everything youre buying properly

I love chanel makeup products but the workers here are a joke. Considering how expensive chanel beauty products are, Id hope that their workers are up to par and at least have some decency to be nice to their customers. I came in to purchase a few items and I barely got addressed by the ladies working. Even then, it was very passive aggressive. When I asked one of the ladies a question about a product, she seemed annoyed that I was asking. Not only that, their most basic products are always out of stock. I dont even know how this place stays open because not only are they out of stock on pretty much everything that Ive tried to purchase, the workers here are extremely rude, snobby, and sit in the corner and gossip without having any customer engagement. Step it up Chanel.
