Space NK Covent Garden

Most of the samples are empty, both for make up and perfumes. When I pointed it out the shop assistant only said she was sorry and didn't do anything, so I just left as everything I wanted at least to try, wasn't available.

First the staff is awesome. I went yesterday for a makeup and sadly it took five different brands to find a foundation that worked for me and wasnt too light in color. I was there for so long I needed to use a restroom and they dont have one. I had to go across to itsu and buy a water for the code. This is very inconvenient. Location has many brands however many colors and popular items are sold out. I looked very nice but over two hours is too long. I would shop here however the foundation issue just just too long. Loved how many lines they carried!

We visited London yesterday for a special occasion, I was so disappointed how one of the members of staff treated me, I was looking at the Sol janerio products one was open, so I sprayed it to smell thinking it was a tester, I then asked the member of staff if she had a new one we could buy she said no you opened that one that was new, I didn't do this at all it was then like she accused me of lying and walked Over to the tills and slagged me off to another member off staff infront of my husband who she clearly didn't realise we were together, so so Rude it was the most awful experience, she had a dark red ish type bob with badly bleached eyebrows and was quite young, I'll put that down to lack of experience in customer care
