After being a member of Bannatyne Health Club Millbank Branch for more than five years, I would like to share my thoughts in an average star review. Firstly, I appreciate that the club maintains a comfortable capacity and offers long opening hours, although the weekends are relatively short. I would like to give a special mention to the fantastic fitness manager Emanuel, personal trainer Robbie and yaya the sales manager who have been with the club even after the change of management. However, I do have some concerns about the new management and team members as they appear to be quite reserved and not very interactive with members, only talking among themselves. I feel that this can negatively impact the club's atmosphere and should be addressed to make it more welcoming and appealing to new customers. The swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi facilities are decent, but the gym area is quite small, and some of the cabled machines are never used. On the other hand, the recently refurbished changing rooms are much better than before. Overall, Bannatyne Health Club Millbank Branch is a decent club that has room for improvement to enhance the overall experience for its members.

Poor hygiene, have recently cancelled my membership. Showers have not been cleaned once in the whole year I went to Milbank Bannatyne and there is mould everywhere. The place is falling apart and needs some serious capex, with some genuine structural issues. 1-2 of the staff are kind and genuinely try to be helpful but arent that intelligent, and the remainder are pretty useless. I would avoid opening up about your personal, especially to the blonde steroid taking personal trainer (the irony) as its an envious environment with bad energy and these guys pretty much live the same day on loop into perpetuity. His PT sessions are a gimmick and will have you rolling your shoulders for half an hour, Ive seen people doing this for many months on end with little to no change. The other PTs seem somewhat competent, compared to this anyways. Gym is poorly equipped with 0 light and the spa makes me wretch. London is often about compromises and we can often look past minor issues. Not in this case, save your hygiene and energy and go to a better gym, Shocking this place is still open, some serious health, safety and personnel concerns @westminister council.

Instead go to Maida Vale Bannatynes where you'll feel much more welcome, unless your happy for the bored cleaner to stalk you around the poolside like some deeply disturbed and depraved predator, then steals your towel, and for management to refuse an investigation into the CCTV. Avoid Millbank SW1 if you don't want to feel exploited and uncomfortable. The staff cleaner was heard slagging off club members in the female changing room, and many of the members themselves are really stuck up thier backsides and very clicky, much of it boils down to favouritism these 'yuppy' types scorn at you round the poolside and as you come out the showers, the female members seem to have NO respect for other members privacy and rights to access the spa they pay to use.
