The service I have received from Adam and Co has been exemplary, in my opinion every company should take note and follow suit. Mary in the 24 hour call centre has gone above and beyond to help my elderly mother. They are patient, kind and have worked extremely hard to find a solution to our issue. I cannot express my thanks enough to her for her outstanding customer service. In this day and age it is rare for such a huge company to treat their customers with such a personal service. When I have enough money to bank privately I will be going straight to them with all my money.
