Most unfriendly Lady at the cashier, she looked like not being in the mood for a Service job. I asked for a mug of Cappuccino to stay, inspite of having a paper cup, loads of cups and mugs were on top of the coffeemachine, she refused because of the possibility the cup could break.... what a waste of papercups... the Sandwich i ate was great, the toilet a disaster, even the toilet in Stations are better!

Excellent coffee but to be told at 5:30 that they are only serving in plastic cups as they are "closing soon" (at 7pm so 1 1/2 hours later) is a shame as it doesn't taste the same. Also, no decaf tea.
