Just in my calculation as of the end of 2022, 3000-3400 for a studio, 3500-4000 for a one-bed and 4500-5000 for a two-bed would be reasonable rent price ranges, considering recent central London rent market. And, also I have to mention frequent hot water and water leaking issues of shower room, definitely improvement is needed.

Amazing place, hard to believe this is in the middle of central London. Swanky interiors, great concierge team , great amenities, and outstanding location being a stones throw from Covent garden but also in the quiet area near Lincolns Inn Fields park. Cant think of a better place to live in Central London!
