Kind of scam people into buying cocktails when they make it seem like it will be free - shop assistants kind of force you into buying it without actually disclosing the cocktail is paid, while luring you into the shop until you pay - then they go a bit cold because the transaction is done.

Ended up with a private Masterclass today after booking in yesterday. Gins are excellent and well worth the 50 quid. Especially neat are the gin bags which are easy to transport and are environmentally friendly. Highly recommend a stop by.

Not a very good experience for somebody who had just walked in and enquired about how the system works in this establishment. My wife was greeted in the worst possible manner by the most abrupt woman possible. This lady in the photo was more interested in serving the other Caucasian customers then attending to my wife who has made a legitimate enquiry at the front desk to ask how she can try the gins. To which the lady abruptly said which one do you want to buy? One would have thought that the whole point of tasting the gin is so that you can choose the one that you like the most and then you purchase the bottle. Not this lady all she kept saying is you have to buy it first. She treated my wife and 11 year old daughter with the most disrespectful behaviour in front of other customers. Please remove her from your establishment as shes doing your business the greatest injustice and you are losing sales because of her lack of manners and poor communication skills. My one star is too much for you .
