Really really awful service. I booked a taxi 3 days in advance, called the day before to confirm and they said that it has all been booked and sorted. They do not send a confirmation email or text at all so I did not know whether my booking even went through. The booking got apparently cancled in the early hours without my knowledge and then I was not informed. They should not be cancelling bookings so close to the pick up time let alone the ridiculous time they would have had to have called me in the morning to tell me. When I called them after 10mins of waiting, they didn't know what happened and was clueless. I was late to my job so do not use this if you have anywhere important to go to.

Worst cabbie. Stood me 30 mins, telling me 2 mins away. After that stopped picking my phone. Unprofessional and bad names for cabbie. No wonder uber is so much better
