New Malden Taxi Minicab Cars

Very bad service. Booked taxi a week in advance for pick up. On the day taxi doesnt turn up. Phoned the company and was told taxi was on its way and will be 3 minutes. 15 minutes later called again and the company wouldnt link up phone. My partner then called and managed to get through and we were told there is no taxi and they can book one which will take 20 minutes. I had to book an uber on the end as it was already half an hour past our pickup time. Very disappointed. I read bad reviews but took the risk giving them benefit of the doubt. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE. Service: Limousines

Taxi ordered, paid for and confirmed. Once I arrived at the pick up location they called me to say they couldnt arrange a driver for me. I never got around to taking the taxi as they took my money without even providing me the service, still waiting for a Refund Really unhelpful people on the phone and very rude as if it was my fault they took no responsibility for their mistake Id avoid this company at all costs
