Apart from the problems in the flat with the things, the agency itself is really caring and reacts to problems quickly. They tried to solve the issues as fast as they could. We will always remember Anup as a very nice and caring agent.

Terrible company. Full of lies and only want to take your money away. Really poor work and no follow ups as they promised. Stay away from this company unless you want to throw away your hard earned money.

STAY CLEAR. I have had multiple problems with a new boiler that was installed by Ultra. They did not seal off the external wall, in addition the pipe work leaks. Given that this was picked up after 12 months and not checked thoroughly at the time, it has cost a lot of time and money to fix. Ultra were again used by the managing agents at the time KFH. Poor customer service, unhelpful and hung up. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Replacement central heating boiler - AVOID USING THIS COMPANY Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward manage a property we rent out and put us in contact with 'Ultra Property Services' when it came to changing our boiler. The issues we have had include: 1. Passing a new pipe through an adjacent room damaging tiles and the wall without telling us. The pipe should have been passed straight through the external wall into the drainage. When we complained they can and patched up the damage and moved the pipe slightly but we are still not satisfied. 2. Not sealing around the flue. British Gas came to investigate when we smelt gas and said that ultra had not filled the holes around the flue so the gases were blowing back into the flat. This is clearly highly dangerous and British Gas were very concerned and thought about reporting Ultra. Ultra came back and sealed around the flue but only from the inside and the outside is still open to the elements. We are very unhappy with Ultra Property Services as we feel the job has not been completed to our satisfaction. We have asked for an estimate to put the issues right but two months later we are still waiting. We would consider amending this review if they complete the job to our satisfaction but at present we would strongly advise against using this company. You can see the shoddy workmanship on the attached photos.
