Brook House Nursing Home

I have nothing but good things to say about Brook House Nursing Home. The nurses have an extremely high level of understanding in relation to individual residents needs. The whole atmosphere is one of genuine concern and support for the needs of the residents and of their well-being. The home is homely and has a family feel to it.

My mother recently became a resident of Brook House. I cannot praise Georgio Loizou the Regional Manager for LRH homes enough. There is no comparrison to other Care homes manager's - Georgio is the ultimate professional. He takes great pride in his work and this shows across the homes he runs. The homes are well run, maintained and clean, the staff attentive and nice and the residents well cared for and happy. Georgio has been incredibly supportive and is very caring and understanding.The head of care at the home (Anish) is extremly professional, nice and caring and offers the highest care to all his residents. Thank you all so much.

Visited the Home today. Had a very welcoming reception. The Home was very clean and smelt beautiful. The staff were very friendly and observed them interacting with the residents. The residents looked well groomed, and seemed happy as they chatted and interacted with staff.

My father has severe dementia and has been fortunate to be able to be in Brook House for the last 4 years. The home provides a loving and caring environment where my father feels safe and well looked after. They show him understanding, respect and dignity and we feel he is in 'The Best' care home to look after his needs. My fathers room is on the first floor but he has always been able to walk around and go to the Ground floor, Lounge Area, Dining room , Summer Room and Garden whenever he wants. All the staff are brilliant and understand and show compassion, also the reception Manager will always try to ensure we are able to get appointments to visit my father as often as we can. If you are in the difficult situation of needing to look for a care home for your loved one, please do look at Brook House.
