Terrible As for the telephone apo, they should mention they have 4-6hour range in advance. No respect against patients time. They have an online system to request many things, then you will receive a text message says email the content. Once you email them automated response comes back which says revert within a few days. After a week, if you make a query, you have to start everything all over again. They need a proper system, and also proper receptionists to have a normal operation.
