She was extremely patient with me wanting perfection and took time to talk through everything, even with a call on a Sunday. She was also very flexible and saw me at short notice.         I very highly recommend Dr Lucy Nichols for Invisalign, which I have just finished with amazing results. From consultation to completion Lucy was clear, attentive, and communicated very well to make sure my teeth were to be moved as desired. All procedures involved with the Invisalign were done to a high standard with minimal discomfort, and any further questions I had outside of scheduled appointments were responded to very quickly. I'm so pleased with the results, thank you so much!

        It's always daunting going some where new - no need to feel this way when seeing Lucy. Starting with a warm welcome, I felt very comfortable as a new patient. All my treatment options and costs were carefully discussed with me before we started, in a way that was very easy to understand. I was reassured by her caring, professional and knowledgeable manner.
