Wrefords contacted me on behalf of their client from whom I had purchased a log cabin. Whilst confirming my delivery address I made them aware that access to our home was via a single track lane. The lady I dealt with advised that I would be contacted later by the driver once he'd had chance to look at the location. In the event a Logistics Manager called and explained that the truck would be equipped with a Moffet (a very versatile fork-lift truck) and that this would complete the final part of the journey where the truck simply wouldn't fit! On delivery day the driver Fern, kept me regularly updated of his progress and he arrived at our rendezvous a few minutes earlier than he anticipated. Like his colleagues back at base Fern presented a 'Can do' attitude. A consummate professional working for a first-class transport company. I couldn't rate them highly enough.

Delivered on the 3rd attempt, were unhelpful on the phone and held my goods until I paid a 200 quid delivery fee for their first failed delivery.
