Katrina Otter - Wedding Planner

Kate was absolutely amazing - we could not recommend her more highly! We had a call around 6 weeks before the wedding to run through the day. Kate then coordinated with all suppliers (in Devon, where we got married) to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day Kate was amazing and we had the best day we could have ever imagined, we didnt have to worry about anything because we knew Kate was there and she was so on top of everything. We honestly could not thank you enough Kate! We had some problems with the marquee and electrics on the morning of the wedding - Kate sorted these all out for us when we were feeling a bit of the pressure when things werent going right. During the celebrations Kate also coordinated photos, drinks, logistics, music and all timings which made the entire thing totally stress free for us. Could not recommend more highly.

We couldnt have asked for a better wedding planner than Cara. She took care of every last detail and thanks to her our wedding weekend absolutely perfect. We really enjoyed getting to know her over the many months before the wedding. She is so friendly and trustworthy. Her recommendations were excellent, and she really has an amazing eye for detail and style. On the wedding weekend itself, Cara ensured that everything ran smoothly including working with all the suppliers and the band. The venue was beautiful down to the very last detail and we had not to worry about a thing but just enjoy ourselves! We would 100% recommend Cara and Katrina Otter weddings

Its very difficult to put into words just how good these guys are at what they do. We worked with Cara to plan our wedding this Summer, and it really was the best day of our lives. Every detail was absolutely perfect, from the decoration through to food to timing; world war three could have broken out during the dessert and I feel like Cara would have brokered the treaty and had every country sign before we had a clue. From the wealth of their connections and experience working in the industry, Cara really was able to suggest suppliers who really fit what we were looking for, even when we werent sure ourselves! Only having done it the once, I think its impossible to say you could ever plan a wedding without any stress, but working with Cara made it as pain free, fun and enjoyable as possible, and it genuinely wouldnt have been the same without her.

From our initial meeting with Cara we felt confident that we were in safe hands for what would become the wedding of our dreams! Cara was an invaluable part of the planning process. She helped us along every step of the way, from catering to flowers, photography and entertainment, down to all the finer details. Her recommendations were excellent and she knew exactly how to translate our vision into reality. Cara's planning in the run up was meticulous and we were able to trust her with everything from the get go! On the wedding weekend itself, Cara ensured that everything ran smoothly and we were able to truly enjoy ourselves. She and her team handled all the suppliers brilliantly. The venue was decorated beautifully and we were really taken aback with how perfect everything was! All our guests have complimented us on how well planned and seamless the events were. They all said it was one of the best weddings they had been to and we're sure this was in no small part down to Cara! We would 100% recommend Cara and Katrina Otter weddings. We are truly blessed to have Katrina as our wedding planner! When we met Katrina for the first time in March 2020, we didnt know that Covid would change our life in such a huge way and we certainly didnt expect that we would postpone the wedding for so many times. Looking back to the past 30 months, we would not be able to have such a beautiful, dreamy and memorable wedding day without her! Katrina is such a professional, organised, reliable and most importantly fun person! She understood what we wanted for the day from the very beginning and she made sure that all suppliers were on the same page too. She gave us advice and guidance whenever we needed and she handheld us through all the hiccups and challenges. On our wedding day, everything was beyond perfect, better than we have ever dreamt of, from the flower, the food to the firework. We were completely relaxed and enjoyed every minute of the day knowing she and her team had everything under control. She is definitely the best wedding planner anyone could wish for!
