Denny Rodgers went above and beyond to look after me today (28th april) he took me for a test drive and gave me my confidence back after being in a car accident this week he was just amazing i cant thank him enough. he made us feel like family him and the manager went out of there way to find me the car i wanted. all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. we truely have been looked after. first class service all the way. I would like to say thank you to Charlie at Steven Eagells St Ives, for making the purchase of my Rav 4 Hybrid such a pleasurable experience. Charlie is informative, on the ball, understood my needs and really seemed to bother to get to know us as a family. We enjoyed his banter and it became like dealing with a friend. All staff were friendly. We loved the fact that staff had time to chat about all sorts of things and share something of themselves. Charlie was a breath of fresh air in car sales. He knew a lot but when he didn't know he didn't cover up with a lot of b***s***. What a pleasant surprise. Carry on the good work. We will think of you for our next purchase and can highly recommend this dealership.
