        Tried two times to rent a grinder for a project we had locally. Online portal not working. Called to organise on the phone, didn't get a call back so couldn't complete the process. Called them again, still didn't receive call back or email. Waste of time. I deal with another HSS branch in Ilkeston for our UK projects and they are very helpful to us.
