Rude and uninterested staff members, expecially on the front where are the perfumes located. Usually no one is there and if you look and ask them for help, they make you feel they doing you a big favour and you are bothering them, where clearly the cupboard is locked, so I cannot help myself.

not maintain stock properly i been 5 times now they don't have Covid test kits and other medicines. not helpful to local peopeles

When I foolishly left it late to order a prescription from my GP Lloyds staff went out of their way to process the drugs in record time. Thank you, much appreciated. Take a bow!

Never encountered staff that are as rude as these people! They have a truly appalling attitude. Have been told my prescription is not there on numerous occasions when it was, have accidentally only received 1 of two boxes necessitating return to pharmacy, been told item is out of stock, when it wasnt. Got to the point where I was dreading going in there. Now I have my prescriptions sent to Boots Sheer joy at never having to set foot in Lloyds again!
