I cannot rate Astrid highly enough!!! This was the first time Id had any sort of semi-permanent makeup and from my very first appointment Astrid made me feel at ease. She explained the process and aftercare and ensured we got a shape that we were both happy with. She is super professional and an absolute perfectionist (which is definitely what you want). I was so nervous about this process but Astrid Rose put me at ease, spent time making sure I was comfortable, talked me through the process, a few times so I knew what was happening. There were no decisions that had to be made there and then, I took my time. So glad I made the decision as the process itself completely painless. I was a bit apprehensive before my treatment as this was a completely new experience for me. My eyebrows were very patchy and lacked definition and I was getting fed up of having to constantly use an eyebrow pencil and not getting a good result. Astrid was very reassuring and explained all the different stages of the treatment thoroughly. Her salon is immaculate- very clean and tidy - and she implements very strict hygiene rules. Her work is very precise and she is clearly very talented . She discussed the use of blending colours to achieve a natural look - which is what I wanted and I very much left it to her to choose the final tone. The result was perfect. She uses a numbing cream and for me it worked really well. I am delighted with how my eyebrows look - the transformation is amazing.
