If I can leave no stars I would. Tried to send money via the Western Union website and my grandfather went three times to try to pick up the money and it was not available. I phoned them all three times before he left his home to verify the money was there and ready to be picked up and each time he went to get the money... NOTHING!! If you have to send money via western union or money gram you are probably better off sending it at one of the service centers. They are clearly not ready for the digital age as this is the second time I've tried to send money via their website and the recipient could not receive the funds! Complete waste of time and effort!!!

I went to the Thomson today to use their Western Union services purely because I live next door and also because sending money to some countries using the agent is much cheaper due to promotion than using the web. How disappointed..yet again! I was told by one of the girls working there that she is really sorry but I have to come back later as everyone is busy at the moment! However, only one of 3 was with a client and one was to busy looking at me from my toes up checking my outfit which I thought was very unprofessional and uncomfortable for me! Yes, the girl talking to me was very apologetic but telling me that only manager can use the service and she's at the meeting which she doesn't know when will finish is out of order! I have been an agent for WU for 5years and it is not that complicated to become one. If you have 5-6 employees, please make sure at least half of them are qualified to do services that you are advertising! It was my 4th time there and I only had one good experience so far. Once I stood at the counter waiting for 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me.. I walked out eventually! Every time I used WU there, I felt like an intruder not valued customer! I will not get back to this point again and won't recommend it, sorry. I suggest to stop doing the service if you are not bothered to do it and to change your attitude to your clients and don't judge them as it is obvious.
