        Utterly terrible. Completely unhelpful and unwilling to even discuss a bespoke piece of jewellery for my wife. They spent the 10 minute conversation trying to come up with reasons they wouldn't be able to help. Very odd approach to customer service, terrible attitude from the manager once she could eventually be bothered to talk to me.
