Problems necessitated small changes to enable the project to be completed satisfactorily.The owner failed to discuss or cost all the hidden extras, even when challenged. They were eventually established on final invoice, to late to be able to challenge! The project was also not completed before Christmas as per contract.
These extras cost us an extra 20% on top of the original quote, do not be fooled. Meeko
