        Visited this shop for the first time last Saturday, to take in my broken engagement ring. Was seen by a very helpful member of staff who explained the various options for the repair. Was amazed to receive a call on Monday to say my ring was ready for collection. Superb workmanship and a really reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

        We have been to Chloe's several times over recent years. A friendly, helpful service. With it being a local, independent shop you will find items that are more individual. It's good to see St Ives able to support these enterprises.

        We went in for a new battery for hubby's watch and just mentioned a fault. It was attended to and resolved immediately. Can't fault that service! We had an opportunity to look at the jewellery for sale. Something for all. A local treasure on all counts! Many thanks.
