We used Harvey Robinson to sell our property in Fenstanton. Being based in Cornwall meant it was difficult to get to the property very often and we relied on Katie and the team to make this process as painfree as possible. Katie and the team were always available and kept us up to date all through the process, dealing with every setback and problem with calm professionalism. They all made us feel that getting the right owner for our property was their ultimate task. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to see their property marketed and sold in a sympathetic manner.

Being first time buyers negotiating the labyrinth that is buying house can be very stressful. The team at Harvey Robinson were by far the most friendly of any of the estate agents we have dealt with. Several other estate agents in this area could learn a thing or two from them when it comes to politeness and being helpful. Sophie and Katie deserve a special mention. They were professional, helpful and had prompt answers to our questions. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We completed on our house sale today and like the other reviewers we were very satisfied with the service provided by Harvey Robinson. We had fortnightly updates and never had to chase for any information. They were respectful of our timelines and reassuring throughout. There was an online portal where all viewings were logged and all feedback entered promptly after the viewings. We first had our valuation more than 2 years ago but various delays meant we could not sell until later in 2022 - the team checked in every 6 months to see how things had progressed with our circumstances and eventually it paid off! We did invite other local estate agents to provide a valuation but were most impressed by Katie at Harvey Robinson as she presented a very logical and evidence based explanation as to how they would market our house and what the asking price should be. In conclusion I would highly recommend Harvey Robinson. Thanks team.

The whole team at Harvey Robinson have been absolutely brilliant. The sale of our mother's house after her death was very problematic but Katie and her colleagues handled the situation with great sensitivity and professionalism at all times. The path towards successful completion was not easy but Katie spent hours chasing our purchasers, hounding solicitors on all sides, searching for solutions to problems and ensuring that the sale was progressed as quickly as possible. The team went above and beyond by making regular visits to an empty property to ensue all was well. Updates were thorough and regular, ensuring we were kept regularly informed. When things did get tough, Katie set out a range of options for us along with her recommendations for action, and her advice was always spot on. We were delighted with the service we received from Katie and her colleagues - well worth every penny of the fee we paid
