I have recently bought a home through Ellis Winters and the whole process has been really positive. Initially I went to view the property twice and they were very accommodating, professional and punctual to both viewings; providing helpful information and polite service. Once my offer was accepted on the property, my sales progressor, Natalie, was very helpful and checked in regularly to keep things moving. Natalie helped to answer all sorts of questions along the way and I greatly appreciated her help throughout. The solicitor and mortgage broker recommended by Ellis Winters were also good quality. Overall it was a good experience and I am very grateful for the service received.

Ellis Winter proved to be a good team to work on selling our two properties, and collaborating via another estate agent to buy a property. One sale was challenging, as buyer was difficult. Much resilience was needed all round as a lot of unnecessary stress was caused. The other sale was less fraught. Thanks to Terry and Louise for their persistence and support. Would recommend working with them!
