        Very nice customer service , the staff were very helpful and friendly. They were also talkative and willing to chat. I'd strongly recommend you buy an appliance from them wherever that'd be In store or online.

        Not sure how this happened, but this review refers to Liebherr in Biggleswade and not to the retailer Euronics. I have had excellent service over many yeard from Euronics and buy all electrical white goods from them they would always get a five star plus from me LIEBHERR CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW BELOW Superb high quality refrigeration products. Terrible customer service. Took me almost 1.5 hours to order a replacement fridge handle. They wanted the service number from inside the fridge which is on a label at the back of the fridge behind the salad boxes. I kept telling them I have a temporary disability at present and couldnt do that and constantly queried why the fridge model number wasnt sufficient. Im the end I got a neighbour to read the service number for me and called back. I again asked why they needed the service number and they said it was so they could identify the model number Then they told me it was 70:40 for the handle and extra if I wanted the two screws. Eventually all rescued by a customer service agent call Lionel and to be fair they halved the price of the handle So fabulous high quality product but backed up by poor quality service and back up. Also, if old, disabled, pregnant or have any serious bending issues - best not to buy this product until they relocate the seemingly unnecessary label with the service number on it
