        Plenty of parking, not too busy and was served by an extremely efficient and friendly assistant. They stock a vast range of products at reasonable prices.

        Click & collect via the app is a very straightforward experience and something I use regularly. A good selection of products at competitive prices. Never had to queue for too long, staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, never had any issues.

        Wanted to buy a grass trimmer and went to the store, where Mr Colin, a Screwfix employee (older than a dinosaur) told me that I have to place an order if I want to buy my stuff ( where I was just in front of him). Went outside, placed the order (under the scorching sun because theres no shade there) and went back in and had to do the queue again. When I got to the till a nice employee told me that I couldve asked for the stuff I wanted and not place the order online because I was there anyway. THANK YOU MR. COLIN FOR BEING SUCH A nice EMPLOYEE.
