        Sadly of no use for anyone who works. Its location is hopeless for anyone needing to collect anything bulky as its in the middle of a no traffic/pedestrian zone and the hours are non-existent. A sad reflection of Royal Mail's failing service and needing to cut back on services.

        Waited in all morning for delivery. And now tracking update says they attempted to deliver! Funny that.... and no card left through the door stating deliver attempt!

        Opening hours are definitely not enough. Staff always lovely though

        When the delivery driver failed to knock and only left card, I had to go into town to collect quite a heavy parcel. The sorting office is only a short walk away thankfully and often quiet. DO check opening times (online now, not printed on the card) as they are much reduced nowadays compared to previously, especially during the week.
