        I dont know if this is what usually happens to k&m clients on a regular basis or I was just very unlucky. I have not felt appropriately treated as a buyer to be honest. I have purchased a pair of prescription glasses in July. Very poor assistance and follow up and there have been problems with broken lenses the first time, had to send the glasses back to the lab. Then the prescription was right but some other measurements were not adjusted and I was told by Kieran that it would be normal for me to see a bit blurry and I should just carry on and wait. I went to my optician who basically found out what the problem was. Sent the glasses back once again (AT MY EXPENSES) with no interest by the above manufacturer to even offer to split or partecipate on that. After 6 months I manage to receive the glasses. I will spare all the chasing and numerous email I had to send. Terrible customer experience I m afraid. Hope I was the exception.
