        Great staff great manager fab clothes a must shopping place

        I went to this store many times and I never ever been greeted! The staff members just chatting with each other and have no interest at all to help customers. There's a young blonde girl (hair in ponytail), twice were coming towards me with a big momentum, as she was leaving the store for something, and I had to step away as was about to crash me. Very rude and shows zero customer service skills. I don't know how the sales going on in this store, but if it's poor, I reckon is because of the staff members.

        I think it is a small shop for Fat Face but the customer care is some of the best you will find. Being in a small town. they cater for a reasonable rang and will order or help you to get. what you have seen on the main web if they do not hold or have it. What more can one ask for.
