Sold me an invalid policy and let me drive with cover that effectively didn't exist. When they checked the sales call and admitted agent error they said they would cancel the policy without a cancellation or admin fee (that was nice of them considering their error anyway) but wanted to deduct a fee for "time on cover" to which I politely reminded them that the policy was never valid, so how could they charge for a period of insurance that never existed? Needless to say I moved to another insurer and won't be back. As further insult I have to wait 30 days for my money back - absolute joke of a service!

Took out insurance in March to start April 1st. Have had several text messages recentl;y saying I have important correspondance but I can't see any when I log in. Tried phoning 3 times and each time held on for nearly 1 hr. Still can't get through and so far nobody calls back when I request a call back using their online request. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere as my confidence should I need to claim is rock bottom.
